How we use your details
The society office keeps your details safe and uses them only to help you.
WhatsApp Direct / واٹس ایپ
Details are entered locally in your browser. The website opens a prefilled WhatsApp message and you decide whether to send it. This action does not automatically create a ZZLand enquiry or CRM lead. WhatsApp handles the message under its terms and privacy practices. The receiving business sees the details you send.
What we collect
In Internal Website Form mode, your consented name, mobile number, message and selected plot are submitted to the society’s ZZLand CRM so authorised staff can respond.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, share plot and payment information you asked for, and arrange a visit. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.
File verification
When a file code is checked we record the result and the time, so the office can spot fake papers. We keep a one-way code made from the device, not your name or phone number. The result shows only the owner’s initials.
Who can see it
Only authorised society staff, through their own accounts. If the society uses a messaging service to reply on WhatsApp or SMS, that service receives only what is needed to send the message.
Cookies and settings
The website uses a security cookie to protect the forms. Your language and theme choice is saved on your own phone or computer. There are no advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask the office to show, correct or delete your enquiry details at any time. Call or WhatsApp the office, or visit during office hours.
